"Uno, después de leer muchas reseñas, va a este sitio y vive en sus carnes el famoso "desprecio" de que estes en la barra esperando a pedir, con un camarero (diría que el dueño) delante de las narices, mareando la perdiz e ignorándome por completo hasta el punto de darse la vuelta y abandonar la barra sin un "qué quieres tomar", o un "buenas tardes" que oye...procede cuando tienes un local cara al público. Yo dí las buenas tardes...y estaba SOLO en la barra. Pues con mucha gracia me lo tomé y AL FIN un camarero, que no era de Cabanillas precísamente, con mucha humildad y buen hacer se ofreció a atenderme. Le comenté con humor mi situación y se ruborizó, no era para menos, yo también me avergonzaría de que mi jefe fuera así de "medieval" pero todo perfecto. Disfruté de una buena cerveza helada, en una aldea muy agradable y con una rica ración de chopitos mediante. Volveré sin duda, vivo muy cerca, y quiero ver de nuevo esa cara indiferente del "Premio al Agradable" del año. Recomiendo a todo el mundo este sitio y reirse de la situación, como hice yo. La risa es felicidad. Habrá que comentárselo al gerente."
